Epson 9600 with horizontal lines

I have bought a used printer. It has been unused for a while. I am having problems with horizontal lines when printing. The nozzle check could be better. I have tried cleaning the print head with a cloth with cleaning fluid, but without any improvement. Has anyone seen this issue before?
