Epson Artisan 1430 printer- how to print to edge

Hi there,

I have just purchased the Epson Artisan 1430 and I am having trouble getting it to print to the edge- the whole reason I bought the Artisan, because of its printing to edge capabilities. I am printing from Illustrator and selecting A4 borderless but it is still not working and is coming out with a white border.

Anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
