Strange Prints from Epson Artisan 1430 Printer

I have tried every setting on my mac and in printer settings as well as installing all new ink, and I still get prints that look like this. Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be the problem?

What operating system?
What application do you use to print photos?

Navigate as follows:
Control Panel -> Devices & Printers -> Right Click Epson Icon -> Select Printing Preferences
Under Main Tab Click Reset Defaults button at bottom Of page
Under Advanced Tab Click Reset Defaults button at bottom of Page
Under Advanced Tab "Set Color Controls"
Under Advanced Tab "Set Gamma to 2.2"
Under Main Tab Select "Photo or Best Photo"
