Strange lines when printing

Hi

I am getting strange lines when I print in all colors, I have exercises a deep clean through my control panel in windows xp and uploaded the results



Any suggestions please

also just did a drawing in ms paint in plain primer colors and printed it off and scanned it, again please see the attchemnts
