Epson Connect cannot find my printer

I am running Epson Connect Printer Utility 1.41 and it cannot find my Epson MX922 printer. Ran multiple times, rebooted Win10, turned on printer sharing, still no luck.. It is on a WIRED Ethernet network , the same network that my Windows 10 machine is on where I am running the Setup. Someone elsewhere said they solved it by installing and configuring the Remote Print Driver, but that driver says it needs Epson Connect to configure it! So instructions are a circular reference! Can anyone who has had this problem describe how they solved it?
