Epson DX4400 Printer/Scanner Problem

Hello,

I have a 3 in 1 printer DX4400 Epson, and i cant use it anymore because when i open it the scanner starts ticking, the light of the scanner is always on and it goes to the right until a few seconds it will stops and the 2 red lights appear. how can i fix this?
