Epson Ecotank ET-3850 ink not running through

Hi all,

I received an Epson Ecotank ET-3850 yesterday from Amazon. I set it all up and tried doing the test prints, but nothing was coming out from where I filled the tanks up with ink. There are tubes coming from this which go to the printing head. The magenta ink has slowly come through a tiny bit but the rest aren’t coming through at all. As far as I can tell I have done everything I was meant to do.

Hopefully someone can help otherwise I’ll just send it back to Amazon as faulty.
