Epson ET-2720 Prints grainy / dotted printing?

Hello, I have an epson printer that wont print properly. I can see the dots that make up the CMYK colors and I have tried on multiple different types of paper and can not seem to resolve the issue. I have also tried changing the DPI of my image. May someone give me some tips on what I should do?
