I recently bought a printer in hindsight I should have followed the instructions carefully, one thing I missed was charging the ink fillers which apparently takes 10 mins upon setup. As it stands now I have drivers installed on my computer, I can scan and print!? For the latter this is where I am stuck and need your help, basically now everything is connected no ink is printed on the paper? I have reset and cleaned nozzle times but I think the underlying problem is the fact I didn't follow the setup instructions in charging the inks, can you please advise me what to do?
