Epson ET-4750 Phantom Paper Jam

Printer inoperable until "paper jam" is cleared. There is no paper jam. I have looked everywhere! Saw a You Tube video that siad could be a stuck depressed lever inside but I can find no such lever. Any thoughts? Turning it off, pulling the plug and waiting does nothing. Could it be a software issue? Frustrated! Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank You.
