I just bought and unboxed my brand-new printer and for some reason, it continues to print random numbers and characters by itself. I'm not seeing anything in the print queue at all. On the device itself, it says there's a print job from "other devices" and will not cancel. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver but still hasn’t resolved the issue. I also cannot restore the printer to factory settings because the print job will not quit. Any suggestions?
