Epson ET7750 and Canson infinity paper

I have just bought an Epson ET 7750 printer and purchased some A3 and A4 paper from Cansoninfinity because Epson does not seem to produce a matte paper finish. I can't find any of the recent Eposon printers listed on the Canson website so I don't know where to start with a printer profile. The youtube video suggests that Canson's site will suggest the Epson Epson Paper type most like Canson Photosatin Premium but I can't find it - I would guess it's Matte but .... I also can't find an ICC profile for this paper printer combo. I don't want to start experimenting with such expensive paper. I would appreciate anyone who can give me a head start - Gary
