Epson iPrint App Photo processing issue white pixels

Hi, when I use the iPrint app and select a picture the preview becomes a very bad quality and has a lot of white pixels, the print also gets very bad quality
I will try to upload screenshots in the comments because for some reasons this is s help forum without image upload option
