Long time Epson user and fixer but stumped. Have checked everything I've ever seen posted about paper jams and none have helped. Epson WF7610. Been working fine, refilled cartridges now paper stops just before the printhead would move to the left. Does the same from back and front loading. Prints nozzle check and test prints with no problem so head isn't stuck. Have done factory reset. Any suggestions? Picture shows where the paper stops, can be pulled out from front or back so it's not "stuck". All sheet sizes -same problem.

It sounds like it might be a paper path issue or a sensor problem. Since the paper stops before the printhead moves, check the rollers and sensors in the path for any dirt or misalignment. Also, double-check that the paper tray isn't overfilled or the paper isn't catching on something. Sometimes, even a small piece of debris can cause this. Since the head is fine and it prints test pages, it’s likely something in the paper movement system. Good luck!
