Good afternoon! I have a problem with the Epson Photo+ program. It appeared immediately after installation. It starts as standard, when selecting the "Photos" section, it issues a note on the size of the photo paper, and as soon as this size is specified, it crashes: the message "the program has stopped working, Windows is looking for ways to solve this problem..." Everything works without problems on another computer. At the same time, I changed the paper size and reinstalled the program after completely deleting it, but the problem remains. I'm asking for help!

It sounds like Epson Photo+ is crashing due to a system issue. Since it works fine on another computer, try these quick fixes:

  1. Update your graphics drivers – crashes like this are often GPU-related.
  2. Run the program as administrator – right-click the shortcut and choose that option.
  3. Use compatibility mode – set it to Windows 8 or 7 in the program’s properties.
  4. Check regional settings – set your system language/region to English (US) and try again.

Hey, I had the same issue before! On my end, it was a graphics driver problem. Try updating your display drivers or running the program in compatibility mode (like Windows 8). Also, make sure any security software isn’t blocking anything in the background. Hope it helps!
