Epson printer printing software/program for PC?

I have a new Epson Eco Tank ET-3830 printer. I previously had a Canon printer. When printing photos, documents etc. the Canon had a rather elaborate window that would pop up om my PC Windows 10 screen. This window had many options for printing including print quality, paper type etc. I've yet to find anything for my PC, using the ET-3830. The only window that pops up is very limited, in terms of options. The Epson app for mobile devices Epson Smart Panel had many more print options. Is there anything like the Smart Panel for PC printing use? Also there seems to be no option for matte photo paper in the paper type selections, either on Smart Panel or what pops up on PC screen for printing use. Hoping the above makes sense...
