Epson printer WF 3010 paper feeds

Have used this machine for 9 months but only front feed. Now want to use thicker paper 160 gram. From rear feeder tray. The paper goes through easily ,but does not print image (using Windows 10- 32 bit. And photoshop 7)

Can't find set up for different weights of paper on printer machine instructions , any suggestions please?
