Hello everyone. Yes the problem seems to be that the printer won't print if in properties I select "Glossy" paper or of I select "Borderless". The paper feeds part way in and stops with an error message that's something about a paper jam. Everything works just fine if the settings are for "Luster" paper and "Borders". I guess I'm hoping someone knows what part/board is most likely to be defective. Any ideas would certainly be appreciated.
