I have an Epson R265 that occasionally will print a black splodge or trails (usually on the trailing edge) of my images. Cleaning the rollers and attempting to blot the ink reservoir sponges seem to help but I am looking for a definitive answer.
I have seen some answers provided by Arthur Entlich, who offered to send his Epson cleaning manual via email; however, his email address ([email protected]) is not found.
Does he still contribute to the forum (perhaps he has changed his email address)? Or does anyone else have such a document as the Epson cleaning manual? Or failing that does anyone have an answer, please?
