Epson Stylus 3800 Pro Print Head Purchase

Hi,

Is there a source (Preferably USA based) for a replacement Print head ( either brand new or refurbished with a guarantee) for the Epson Stylus 3800 Pro ?

I don't suppose there are 3rd party manufacturers, right?

Not for DTG printing

Also, is it as simple as replacing the head ?

I have no problem with disassembly and flex ribbon cable removal

Just wondering if I need to use the adjustment program

You would most likely need the adjustment program if it's anything like the 1400/1430. We have a 3800 printer in box with only 206 prints total for sale if you don't find a printhead.

I saw your ad actually on ebay for $2,247. I actually picked this up absolutely new for $599

Sometimes people get lucky with auction style listings! We have it for less than that on our website. The listing you saw has their selling fee's added in. That was a lucky deal for you though.
