Epson stylus phot R3000 paper feeds in crooked

Epson stylus photo R3000 paper feeding in crooked after tearing it down to install
new main board. Had to remove quite a few things in order to install new print head.
The roller shaft grabs the paper too early over to the right side, thus making the paper
sort of crumble and the printer gets jammed. Something must of got out of adjustment
during reinstalling. Can anyone help of whats going on with it??

This issue now is fixed...when I installed the new main board I did not install the paper feed
assy back correctly. Made the correction by reinstalling it...
