Epson Stylus Photo PX730WD problem with replaced ink cartridges

Hello,

I have replaced my inks with Epson ones, I cant find instructions on how to charge the new cartridges. two of the colours are not working. i am wasting so much paper and ink cleaning the heads, etc, to no avail, it would be great if anyone has an answer to my problem
