I have just bought and installed an Epson WF-3640. I am trying to get it set up to scan to a network folder on my Synology NAS drive.
i have created a contact with the address to the network folder and username and password. But when I try and scan I get the message:
DNS error.
Check DNS settings
I have managed to set the printer up to scan to email and also scan to PC...but the one I really want (scan to Network Folder) eludes me. I was going to resort to using "Scan to FTP" and setting up an FTP server on my NAS...but this seems like a complicated way to do this!
