My WF 7720 has started having problems when double sided printing A3 documents.
It prints page one OK, starts to draw the paper back into the the duplex unit then the paper slightly misaligns, always the same direction and not a large amount, flagging a paper jam error. Press OK and the sigle sided printed page ejects, fully printed, no second side printed.
I've tried cleaning all the various rollers, both rubber coated and plain plastic, with Platenclean.
I'm using good quality 90gm paper.
Any suggestions as to how to resolve greatly appreciated.
