I've had a problem with my print quality for a while now, and need to get it sorted. Ive tried checking the alignment, cleaning the heads etc but always run into the problem that I dont get all the info I need... because there is literally no black ink coming through. I have changed the cartridge, which has made no difference.
With normal printing it obviously puts together some of the outlines of letter etc using the colours, so I have just about managed, but it's barely readable! Is there some way of clearing out the path from the black cartridge to the page?
