Hello!
I really need some advice with my printer! I hadn’t used it for a couple of weeks so when I went to print the image was very unclear. I did a head clean and one colour came back and another disappeared.
Over the last 3 days I’ve tried numerous attempts to repair it from printing pages to pull the ink though, flushing out the print heads with cleaner and a syringe. Yesterday they didn’t appear clogged at all and the solution went straight though, but still wasn’t printing hardly anything, it’s been so inconsistent!
Left it overnight and now the magenta is blocked and the solution won’t go though it, if I push hard the tube just pops off the print head pin.
I can’t find anything online on how to remove the print head to look at it underneath and even replace it if it comes to it!
