When I try to print a photo with the XP 15000 onto A4 glossy paper, Canon paper, I get a meter or so cut off all around the photo I am trying to print. Using Windows 10. Have been on to Epson three times and they cannot fix the problem, even using log me in. I am trying to print borderless. The only way to get the photo to fit, I remove borderless printing and then I get a white border top and bottom. I had a Canon printer before that never had this problem. I hope someone can help me. Thank you.
