epson xp 305

last week i bought an epson xp 305 printer. connected it wireless and printed test page a couple of other things fine. a couple of days ago i went to print and it said the printer was offline and out of ink. the wireless light on the printer is on, so i bought new cartridges but i'm still having the same problem. any help would be appreciated
