Epson xp 640 Ink Pad access

I am trying to remove the ink pads from my Epson xp 640. I removed the screws but the front right cover will not come off. I suspect it is because the video was for many printers close to 640. (All I could find) I am supposed to be able to lift the cover off after removing the screws, but it seems to be attached in some other place. The left side of that panel is held firm. Has anyone been able to remove this cover from the xp 640? Thank you
