Epson XP-640 will only print 101.6 x 180.6 mm via WiFi

My iPAD prints 8.5 x 11 inch document, on my EPSON Artisan 730 with no problem, but the EPSON XP-640 only prints the text at 101.6 x 180.6 mm on the 8.5 x 11 inch page.
No other page size shows up for the XP-640.
Both printers are on my WiFi.
I have spent hours on hold with epson support.
