Epson WF-3640 print head face cleaning

Does anyone know how to clean the print head face easily as this print head is not readily removable. I have tried most of the tricks that can be found and print quality is ok for about 100 pages then a halo starts to appear which I surmise is a build up of dust and sludge on the print head face dispersing droplets . I am am using a CISS with dye ink. If I had done my research properly I would not have been sold on laser like quality and gone for something with lower resolution and a permanent removable print head. C'est la vie!
