Epson XP-810

This is an all in 1 printer copier Fax. I use it reguarly for scanning. All of a sudden the left 60% of the scanned image is 50% black with a few other stripes. The glass has been cleaned. I downloaded and reloaded the drivers. No change. This is connected to a PC running Win 10 32 bit. Anybody know how to fix

Hi BobHo,

Have you tried running the scanner with the top cover up? Are the LEDs on one side out or less bright than on the other side?
