Since I updated my software from Epson, I'm getting much much less copies than I did with the old software. I'm
printing the same photos as before, It's happening even with the 410KL cartridges. How can I go back to the old softwear?

Sorry. It is not possible. Firmware is part of your Epson printer with no restore software available.
Many manufacturers preclude utilization non-OEM cartridges with their firmware updates.
Be sure you are using OEM Epson brand cartridges & ink.
