I have a Kodak ESP 6100. It is almost 2 years old. It now will only print blank pages. I have contacted Kodak support they told after looking at the diagnostics page that it is a hardware problem and I would need to buy a new printer.
This thing has printer less than 900 pages total. Tech support told me a sensor was bad and could not be replaced.
I asked them how can it go bad just sitting in my office with very little use.
They did not have an answer.
Anyone else experienced this same problem. I am thinking about buying a print head just to see if that fixes the problem.
