ET-16500 printer power cord receptacle repair?

The recessed plastic power cord receptacle in my ET-16500 printer broke during a move. The part of the receptacle that holds the male electrical prongs is now loose inside the printer, so the power cord cannot be attached. How can I gain access to that part to repair or replace it? And where do I buy the replacement if it comes to that? Thanks!

Never mind. I "fixed" it by breaking the plastic outer flange of the receptacle, thereby allowing me to pull the pronged part forward enough to plug in the power cord. Not pretty, but it works.
I would still be interested in finding out the correct procedure and where to get service parts.
