I've been wanting to print some photos, and I bought both 10x15cm and 13x18cm photo paper. This was a good choice, because the 10x15 simply doesn't work at all - it is either not picked up, or picked up and dumped just after the tray (leading to a paper jam message), or it comes out, not printed. The 13x18 works fine. I'm mystified - any one else have this problem, and if so, how did you fix it? Or did you simply find yourself in possession of a box of firelighters?
