I have recently received an Epson ET-5850 that has been creating horrible horizontal banding lines. Even after running all the diagnostic tests and changes, such as print-head alignment, print head cleaning and etc., the problem is still persisting. This is already the third et-5850 we have received with this issue in the span of 2 weeks while talking with Epson Support but they have been no help. I have always run an Epson computer at my business and would like to stay with them but this problem is becoming too much. Is this happening to anyone else with the et-5850 printer? Is this common-place for newer epson printers?
