Brother MFC L-2750 printer is less than 2 years old. I have recently noticed bands of stray pixels on both edges of printed pages. I wonder if a faulty drum or toner cartridge could cause this. I have recently replaced both They are fainter than the print on the actual text and about 1-2 inches wide These are printed on the side edges of two-sided prints usually only on the first side. These are not toner smudges but actually printed on our documents. I talked to Customer Service and the rep was unable to help. She promised a return call in 2 hours which did not happen.I would appreciate any help.
