Epson SC-P700 Printing Extra Lines

My epson p700 is printing errant horizontal lines every time I print on photo paper. I print on photo paper every day for work, and this just started- and the timing is horrible because I have a show this weekend and need around 150 prints. I have tried EVERYTHING - checked the nozzles, replaced all the ink, replaced the maintenance box, aligned the print heads, cleaned the print heads, deep cleaned the print heads - nothing has worked. Sometimes the lines are black and other times they are colored, and it is only happening on photo paper, not regular printer paper. I am officially in panic mode. Any advice?

Does this occur when you use the ADF as well as directly placing on printer glass directly?
