Fit 2 pages to A4 (Xerox Phaser 3260 Laser Printer) without borders

I have a ps file which was designed to a nonstandard book size, so the output from printer has too large white borders.
Even when I print 2 pages on a sheet, the borders are almost of the same size as the printed matter.
How do I fit to 95%--100% size of the output A4 paper with least effort?At best, 2 pages per one side of the paper

I've solved the problem by this trick
