Yo, had the same issue with my Kyocera! You’ll need to do a full factory reset to clear the admin password. Power off the printer, then hold down the [Stop] and [Start] buttons while turning it back on keep holding till the display changes. That should get you into maintenance mode. From there, look for admin reset or factory reset. Careful though, it wipes settings. Good luck!

Or try 2500/2500. Most use a alternative log in that is the last two numbers of the model followed by 00. 2500
