I'm trying to configure my printer (HL-L2395DW) for a new wireless network (TMO-G5SE 5G gateway). I've done this before, but can't complete the process this time
Here's what I've done:
* Restored factory settings, after which the printer rebooted
* Selected tools icon, then Network, then WLAN, then Setup Wizard
* Selected the new network name and pressed OK
* The printer displayed "WEP", and a virtual keyboard
* I entered the 9-character password for the network, and pressed OK
* The printer beeped 3 times, and won't let me proceed past this step
* I verified the password on the network, and had my spouse verify it
I read that the 3-beep tone is for jammed buttons, but the "OK" is a virtual button, and that part of the screen works fine for everything else
Any suggestions?
