I recently upgraded to Fios and I am using their supplied router, G3100. Its free for 2 months until I downgrade from 1 Gb to 300/Mbps.
On my Asus router that I used before Fios, I was able to connect the Brother to wifi with no issue. Also, used their Android app without a problem.
With the new router, I set up my SSIDs exactly the same as before. But, although the Brother can see the SSID, it will not connect. Tried setting up with USB cable and uninstalled/reinstalled all drivers.
Laptop is a new Win 10 64-bit which worked fine before the router change.
Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.
Edit: All other wireless devices have connected fine to the new router...phones, Rokus, tablets, PS5, etc. Just the Brother won't connect.
