Taskalfa 3253ci - not detecting paper in cassette 1, so beeps and needs manual input

Hi everyone,

On every print after sending the print, the Taskalfa 3253ci triple beeps three times, does not print and requires the following:

* Status Job button to be pressed
* When this is pressed the next page is "load paper in cassette one" - despite there always being paper in cassette one.
On this page each time 'continue' needs to be pressed - and then the printer prints.

Do you know how to fix this please?
