HL-L8360CDW Printing Grey Background

This is a brand new printer I purchased from Amazon last week. It's printing everything with a horizontal grey'ish background. I've tried cleaning the drum with an alcohol swab and have checked things out. Now, I'm no printer guru and I have no idea what to check. But the thing is brand new and it's doing this. Help please!!
