Horizontal white lines when printing, on Brother DCP-L2541DW

Hello,

I am facing a serious issue with my Brother DCP-L2541DW, when printing, a serious of white horizontal lines running all over the page, I have attached few scanned prints and test pages (both from printer and win-test pages) for your reference.

PS: I have already tried replacing entire printer unit (inc., drum, tonner, blade, tonner powder, tonner tray) with a new unit, still I am having this issue. Also tried cleaning the laser unit too. nothing helped at this point.

I would appreciate any advises to solve this issue. thanks in advance.
