How to Access Solenoid on HP3015 -- Printer Pulls Multiple Pages

I have a HP LaserJet 3015 (NOT P3015). It pulls multiple pages when printing. I have replaced the roller and the separation pad, that has not helped. As I understand it the most likely issue is a sticky solenoid.

I have removed the side covers (both sides) but do not see anything that looks like a solenoid. Presumably it is buried deeper inside. Does anyone have instructions on how to get to it? All internet searches (Google, YouTube) only give results for P3015.

I have the service manual but it does not address this.
