Ricoh printers regulary switch into maintenance mode and are not accessible.

Some ricoh printers are regularly (once per week) going into maintenance mode and therefore are they not accessible for the users. They need a reboot to go back to the normal state.
The printers are joined to an AD and are maintained via Streamline.

How can we solve the problem?
