Printers Ricoh,Papercut and badge authentification

Hi guys,
i and my colleague are working in a news printing project: Configure Ricoh MFPs under papercut and make users authenticate themselves by badge reader to release theirs impressions. but we have this message (Card authentication enabled. But no USB drive connected,Check the card reader connection when the MFP is started) after all configuration, Yet the badge reader is connected to the MFP.
please did Anyone has an idea how to solve this problem?
