How to change Default Settings on iP4500

Hi Im trying to set the defaults on my ip4500 under MY PRINTER>PRINTER SETTINGS>PROFILES. I want to change my DEFAULT setting to PRINT QUALITY - FAST and GREYSCALE PRINTING to ON. How do I do this?? Can I set up an individual profile and save it! I can get PRINT QUALITY & GREYSCALE to highlight but cant work out how to change them. Also, do I have to be connected to the printer and online to do this?? Thanks, Sads
